This winter, Exeter Parks & Recreation is excited to pilot a girls-only 1st–2nd grade 3v3 basketball league designed to help young players build confidence, develop fundamental skills, and have fun playing the game.

The 3v3 format gives players more opportunities to handle the ball, make decisions, pass, shoot, defend, and work with teammates in a fun and supportive environment. The program will focus on skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence, and creating a positive experience for every player.

Our goal is to provide an environment where girls feel comfortable learning, trying new skills, making mistakes, supporting one another, and developing a love for basketball. This pilot is part of our broader effort to increase girls' participation and continued involvement in youth sports.

No previous basketball experience is required. All skill levels are welcome!
