Description: SMALL TOWN is a brand new show written by singer John Mellencamp and has been adapted for the stage. The story features the music of John Mellencamp, we learn more about Jack and Diane and life in small midwestern towns. His songs have always told such great stories and now we’ll get to see them acted out on stage along with the music. AND we’re lucky enough to see the world premiere at the Ogunquit Playhouse!

Registration: Registration begins August 12th for Exeter residents and August 19th for non-residents. Registration is open to Exeter and surrounding towns, on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration accepted at the Exeter Multigenerational Community Center during our business hours, in-person, by phone, on-line or mail. Payment must be paid at the time of registration.

Date & Time: Wednesday, October 14th - Depart from Exeter Rec at 10 Hampton Rd at 10:30. Approximate return time is 5pm.

Fee: Residents, $110, Non-Residents $120, Registration Fee includes tickets to the show, round trip transportation and lunch at Patio 03907 in Ogunquit prior to the show. Please make checks payable to E.P.R.D. Visa, MasterCard, Discover Apple Pay & Google Pay accepted. There will be a $20.00 fee charged for each returned check.

Deadline: The deadline to register for this program is October 9, 2026 by 4:30pm or until the trip is sold out.
