EVENT: Join us on our next Coach Bus Trip to view the spectacular Fall Foliage in New Hampshire! Beginning at 4 Hampton Road, we will depart the Recreation Park on our private motor coach and head towards Meredith, NH where we will be getting on the Foliage
train tour to Plymouth, NH. Once we arrive in Plymouth, get ready for a buffet lunch at the Common Man Restaurant. Once we have filled our bellies and visited the common man gift shop, it’s time to step back on the train for Meredith and enjoy the views! Upon arrival in
Meredith, we will get back on our coach bus and head home to Exeter. Please note, parking for this trip will be at the Rec Park lot, which is located at 4 Hampton Road. Please do not park at the Exeter Community Center (10 Hampton Road).
DATE: The date is Thursday October 8th, 2026. We will depart from the Rec Park at 4 Hampton Road at 8:45am and will be returning to Exeter between 5- 5:30pm.
FEE: The fee is $125 for residents and $145 for non-residents, which includes train fare, buffet lunch at the Common Man in Plymouth, a stop and brief history of the Ashland depot, and beautiful scenery and transportation in a private coach bus.
REGISTRATION
Registration is open to Exeter residents on and non-residents on Registration begins for Residents July 29 at 8:15am and Non Exeter Residents August 5th at 8:15am on a first-come, first-served basis. Online and in person registration starts at 8AM. Registrations
are accepted at the Exeter Recreation Office during our business hours, on-line, mail or by phone. (16) Minimum, (54) maximum.
DEADLINE: The deadline to register is Friday October 2, or once the vans are sold out.
Note: We need a minimum of 16 people registered for this trip. The maximum is 54.
PLEASE MAKE YOUR CHECK PAYABLE TO THE EXETER RECREATION
DEPARTMENT. SORRY, NO REFUNDS UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED BY VENUE. THERE WILL BE A $20 FEE CHARGED FOR EACH BANK RETURNED CHECK.
