INFORMATION
The Exeter Parks and Recreation Department is thrilled to launch our very first Town-Wide Yard Sale and you’re invited! Get ready to treasure hunt your way across Exeter. From hidden gems to unbeatable bargains, yard sales will be popping up all over town. Registered addresses will be featured on an official printable and digital Yard Sale Map, making it easy for shoppers to plan their route and hit every stop. Don’t miss your chance to join the fun — register your address and be part of this exciting, community-wide event!
REGISTRATION
Registration is open to Exeter Residents ONLY, beginning Monday, March 30, 2026. Registrations are accepted at the Exeter Recreation Office during our business hours, online or by phone. During registration you will be required to fill out a form referencing the items that you will be selling along with the method of payment that you are willing to accept. This is how we compile the information for the maps, please be as detailed as possible.
FEE
$20 per address (non-refundable) Please make check payable to E.P.R.D. Visa, MasterCard, & Discover accepted. Sorry, no refunds unless the program is canceled. There will be a $20.00 fee charged for each returned check. Proceeds from registration help offset the cost of youth program scholarships.

DEADLINE
The deadline to register is Tuesday, May 27, 2026, at 12:00 PM
MAP AVAILIBILTY
Paper yard sale maps will be available for pickup at the Exeter Community Center beginning Thursday, May 28 after 12:00 PM. Electronic maps will be posted at Exeternh.gov/recreation and shared on our social media pages. Participants are responsible for posting and removing their own yard sale signs.

**Please Note: If paying with a credit Card a processing fee of 3% will be charged as a separate transaction on your credit card bill, and will not appear on your final invoice.
SIGNS
Participants can pick up a laminated yard sale sign from Exeter Parks and Recreation after May 18th.
