EVENT: We’ve planned another fabulous tea party! This time the magic tea van will head northwest to Dover to enjoy teas, savories, and sweets with EPRD. You’ll be served a luncheon (menu TBD) including lunch fare and baked goods. Tour the Inn, then sit down for tea. Visit the gift shop for teas to try at home, view the history book and see what else they have to offer. Lunch and tea will begin at noon. After lunch we’re heading out to a mystery location for an hour or so of shopping/browsing.

DATE: The date selected is Wednesday, January 7, 2026. We will depart the Community Center parking lot (10 Hampton Road) at 10:00 am and will be returning around 4:00pm.

FEE: The fee is $50.00 per resident and $59.00 per non-resident that includes transportation in the Recreation Van, tea service and lunch.

REGISTRATION: Registration is open to Exeter residents starting Monday, December 1. Non-resident registration begins on Monday, December 8, on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is accepted online, in person at our office or over the phone.

DEADLINE: The deadline to register is Monday, January 5th, 2026 or once the van is sold out. Note: Min. 8 people. Max of 12 people.
Please make your check payable to E.P.R.D. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay & Google Pay accepted. There will be a $20.00 fee charged for each returned check. Refunds will be given if the event is cancelled by the venue, weather or we did not meet minimum registrations.

REFUNDS: No refunds after tickets/reservations have been purchased unless we can find a replacement for your spot in the program. *
*Medical Injury/Illness Policy: If there is a medically documented injury/illness we will prorate a refund after we receive written medical varication from your physician which must be received prior to the trip.
